Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour (blend rolled oats in a blender until they become a flour like texture)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, honey, coconut oil and vanilla. Mix until combined. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the "cookie dough" evenly across the parchment paper, about 1/4 of an inch thick.
- In a double boiler melt the rest of the chocolate. Poor over the dough and spread evenly. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Transfer to the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces, store in the fridge and enjoy daily!
